- Lead engaging and productive weekly rehearsals, helping players of all levels to improve and grow in confidence.
- Prepare the band for concerts and engagements, ensuring high-quality performances.
- Inspire and challenge our musicians while maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Work closely with the band’s committee to shape the band’s musical direction and support its ongoing development.
- Balance musical ambition with the enjoyment and social aspects of brass banding.
